Job summary

Haimer Mexiko is seeking a leader to helm our Dutch subsidiary near Nijmegen and to establish a Dutch sales and service team for future growth.

You will be responsible for all Dutch business operations, including direct sales to customers and through distribution partners, and for selling our complex, advisory-intensive milling products to our high-end clients. The role offers a demanding position with high responsibility and performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Completed technical education, ideally with further formation in engineering.
• Experience in precision machining industry and sales.
• Managerial responsibility and proven sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Dutch subsidiary near Nijmegen and build a Dutch sales and service team.
• Oversee all Dutch business operations including sales to direct customers and via distribution channels.
• Sell complex, advice-intensive products to qualified high-end clients.
