Zeno is a legal AI startup building a platform that helps lawyers, notaries and other legal professionals research, review, and draft documents with real legal reasoning. This role focuses on the Dutch market, handling client interactions, product demos, and commercial contracting with law firms, notaries, and legal departments.

The position sits at the intersection of law, technology and go-to-market work.

Qualifications

• Has 2–4 years of experience as a lawyer or notary.
• Strong legal foundation and understanding of how law firms, notary firms and legal departments operate.
• Commercially minded and comfortable discussing pricing, value, and partnerships.
• Enjoys client interaction and is confident running calls, demos, and negotiations.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Handle first calls with law firms, notary firms and legal departments, elaborating on Zeno and how we work.
• Give product demos and onboardings to new partners.
• Commercial contracting; draft and review contractual documents.
• Coordinating internal legal work, privacy-related documentation or compliance tasks, and managing these processes end-to-end.
• Act as a key point of contact for partners on legal and commercial questions during onboarding and early usage.
• Working closely with product, legal, and operations to ensure market feedback is captured and acted upon.
