SoftwareOne in Amsterdam seeks a capable Legal Counsel to support Benelux growth with practical, business-focused legal guidance. You will work with two senior colleagues to manage risk while enabling commercial opportunities in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will draft and negotiate complex software and services agreements, advise on tender responses, and collaborate closely with Sales, Finance and Ops to align legal risk with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dutch law required or equivalent.
• Experience in a law firm and/or international in-house environment preferred.
• Proven experience in B2B contract law, SaaS contracting, data protection, and cybersecurity regulations.

Responsabilités

• Advise Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg teams on legal matters to drive informed business decisions.
• Review, draft, and negotiate customer, supplier, and partner agreements, focusing on software/SaaS contracts.
• Support Bid Management on public tender submissions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage multiple legal matters with high accuracy and integrity, aligning with company standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations and Marketing to support business objectives.
• Coordinate with Corporate Group Legal on regional and cross-functional initiatives.
