Job summary

Lightspeed Commerce, Inc. in the Netherlands seeks a Lead, Field Sales to lead a team of Field Account Executives. You will coach the field, set expectations, and use data to improve performance while forecasting with Salesforce.

The role requires Dutch and English fluency, strong outbound B2B sales experience, and a proven coaching track record. You will spend substantial time in the field coaching restaurateurs and hospitality clients.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong outbound, full-cycle B2B sales experience.
• Track record of coaching or developing others.
• Ability to give feedback and set expectations.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to link coaching to performance.
• Willingness to spend regular time in the field.
• Hospitality industry understanding and ability to connect with restaurateurs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 8 Field Account Executives in the Netherlands.
• Set clear expectations and hold people accountable for performance and behaviours.
• Coach in the field on prospecting, walk-ins, demos, objections and closing.
• Use data, observation and feedback to identify and improve performance.
• Give direct feedback and manage performance when needed.
• Manage forecasting and team performance through Salesforce.
• Create a high-performing, supportive team environment.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, Implementation and other internal teams.
