Lightspeed in the Netherlands is seeking a Lead, Field Sales to lead a team of 8 Field Account Executives, coach in the field, manage forecasting and collaborate with Product, Customer Success and Implementation to win new business.

The role requires Dutch fluency and strong outbound B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of developing others and delivering measurable performance improvements in a hospitality-focused market.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English is required.
• Proven experience in outbound, full-cycle B2B sales.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor or develop others.
• Confident giving feedback, setting expectations and handling difficult conversations.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to link coaching to performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 8 Field Account Executives in the Netherlands.
• Set clear expectations and hold people accountable for performance and behaviours.
• Coach in the field on prospecting, walk-ins, demos, objections and closing.
• Use data, observation and feedback to identify and improve performance.
• Give direct feedback and manage performance when needed.
• Manage forecasting and team performance through Salesforce.
• Create a high-performing, supportive team environment.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, Implementation and other internal teams.
