Job summary

Jobster in Amsterdam seeks an energetic Sales Acquisition Associate to identify new opportunities, engage prospects by cold calling, and set appointments for the area sales manager.

You will nurture relationships with new and existing clients, advise on quotes, and maintain ongoing communications about products and events, while managing related admin tasks. The role offers remote-work days, a pension plan, travel reimbursement, and team events in France.

Qualifications

• Experience in cold acquisition (B2C or B2B).
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch (C1+) and English.
• Organized with strong time management and ability to maintain an overview.
• Able to receive feedback and implement changes accordingly.
• Commercially minded, charismatic, strong problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Find new sales opportunities through cold calling and setting appointments for the area sales manager.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients; advise and provide quotes based on customer needs.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales and forward incoming calls.
