Job summary

Jobster is seeking a sales support professional who blends administrative precision with proactive customer contact. You will collaborate with the sales, production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and deliver excellent service in a dynamic, international B2B environment.

Key duties include preparing quotations and sales documentation, processing orders from entry to delivery, maintaining accurate customer data, and supporting the team with analyses and reports to drive

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or similar commercial role.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and French.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach and ownership mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Good analytical skills and data/report experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Experience in an international B2B environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Preparing quotations, sales documentation and customer correspondence.
• Processing and monitoring customer orders from entry through to delivery.
• Coordinating order fulfilment with production, logistics and other internal departments.
• Maintaining accurate customer and commercial information in company systems.
• Supporting the sales team with administrative and operational activities.
• Preparing sales reports, analyses and performance updates.
• Maintaining regular contact with customers and dealers by phone and email, responding promptly to enquiries.
• Following up on quotations, sales opportunities and customer requests.
• Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Building long-term customer relationships, monitoring satisfaction and proactively addressing concerns.
• Supporting lead generation and the development of new business opportunities.
• Contributing to sales targets and business growth objectives.
