Next Job Abroad is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer & Technical Advisors to support Miele in Greece. You will be part of a dynamic, relocation‑ready team delivering frontline care and remote diagnostics, helping customers set up premium appliances and guiding them through fixes from your desk.

The role blends customer care with technical support, offering training, growth prospects, and a generous relocation package to start a Mediterranean chapter with Miele’s premium products.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1) plus solid English (B2) for training and team comms.
• Good general PC skills and ability to navigate multiple tools.
• High energy, empathy, and resilience during high‑volume periods.
• Valid EU passport or work eligibility to live and work in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers about premium appliances.
• Walk customers through basic troubleshooting and locate spare parts or serial numbers.
• Coordinate with field engineers to send a technician on-site when needed.
• Cross-train across customer care and technical support within the first month.
