Job summary

Next Job Abroad is recruiting fluent Dutch speakers for a Customer & Technical Advisor role supporting Miele in Greece, with a full relocation package and competitive local salary.

You’ll handle frontline care and remote technical support across Europe, diagnose issues via video or phone, and coordinate with field engineers for on-site fixes. English training and team comms are required.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch with strong English for training and team communication.
• Good general PC skills and comfort with multiple tools.
• Interest in mechanical/technical basics and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chats and emails from customers needing help with premium appliances.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting, locate spare parts or serial numbers.
• Coordinate with field engineers to arrange on-site visits when needed.
• Cross-skill across customer care and technical support within the first month.
• Provide remote diagnostics via video/phone guidance to resolve issues.
