Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills (C1+).
• English for internal training and team communication.
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales or hospitality.
• Interest in gadgets and tech products.

Responsibilities

• Be the Brand Oracle for Dutch-speaking customers via calls, emails and chat.
• Troubleshoot product and order queries and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain smooth, friendly, solution-focused interactions and update records.
