Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch required (C1+).
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple software tools while helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Be the Brand Oracle: serve as the go-to expert for Dutch-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chat.
• Get Hands-On With Cool Tech: troubleshoot gadget queries and handle order tracking and after-sales questions.
• Deliver Good Energy: create wow moments with friendly, solution-focused support.
• Keep It Seamless: update customer records while using the support tools.
