Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a fluent Dutch speaker to join as a Customer & Technical Advisor supporting Miele. You’ll be a digital problem-solver across Europe, handling calls, chats and emails, and coordinating with field engineers for on-site visits.

You’ll receive 2‑track training, relocation assistance to Greece, a competitive local salary, and opportunities for growth into Specialist roles. Relocation and visa support are included.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1) and solid English (B2) required.
• Good PC skills and ability to navigate multiple tools.
• High energy, empathy, and resilience during peak periods.
• EU passport or work eligibility for Greece relocation.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls, chats, and emails for premium appliances.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting and locate spare parts.
• Coordinate with field engineers for on-site visits.
• Provide remote video diagnostics for complex issues.
