CBTalents in the Netherlands is seeking a Customer Specialist to support customers via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels across orders, accounts, products, and services.

You will communicate in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2), handle inquiries, guide customers through procedures, and maintain records. This role offers onboarding in an international office with relocation support to Portugal.

Qualifications

• Languages: Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid residence in the EU.

Your Responsibilities

• Listen carefully to customers and identify the most appropriate solutions to their requests.

• Manage complaints and customer situations in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.

• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products, and services.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken in internal systems.

• Collaborate with other departments when additional support or investigation is required.

• Recognise recurring issues and share relevant feedback to contribute to service improvements.

• Keep your knowledge of products, services, procedures, and company policies up to date through training and continuous learning.
