Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist in Enschede, Netherlands. You will serve as a primary contact for customers, offering professional and personalized help across orders, accounts, products, and services.

You will communicate via phone, email, chat and digital platforms, identifying needs and delivering solutions to ensure a smooth, positive experience throughout the support journey. Training is provided to stay current with products and policies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented and proactive mindset

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly customer support via phone, email, chat and digital channels.
• Assist customers with questions about orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate information.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
