Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist to join our international team in Arnhem. You will provide professional support via phone, email, chat and digital channels, handling orders, accounts and product inquiries with a focus on a smooth customer experience.

You will work onsite in the Netherlands, collaborate with internal teams, and participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on products and policies. EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is required.

Requirements:
