BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist in Tilburg to join an international team. You will be the main contact for customers, offering personalized support across orders, accounts, products, and services.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels to ensure a smooth, positive experience throughout the support journey. The role requires fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and strong analytical and communication

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) as required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in the Travel field.

Responsabilités

• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with orders, accounts, products, services, and general inquiries.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns professionally and effectively.
• Guide customers through relevant processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues quickly.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes and service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and procedures through training.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures through regular training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
