Job summary

RiverBank is seeking experienced loan originators to join our high-performing Sales team across Luxembourg, the Netherlands and France. You will originate loans from Dutch corporate and real estate clients and manage key relationships for superior outcomes.

Candidates should have a proven track record in financial services sales, native Dutch and fluent English, strong target- drive, and the ability to structure deals that match risk appetite while supporting cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales management and relationship management in financial services.
• Native level Dutch and fluent English; other European languages are a plus.
• Ability to meet sales targets; self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning, organizing and communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex problems involving multiple facets and variables.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a Netherlands loan client network.
• Identify and develop new Dutch loan opportunities.
• Engage clients to understand their financial needs.
• Generate a portfolio of high-quality Dutch loans.
• Structure deals aligning with risk appetite.
• Expand co-investor and deposit networks in NL.
• Collaborate with teams to close sourced loans.
• Maintain strong client relationships and service.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.
