Job summary

CARMAN is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our Netherlands car rental partner network from Amsterdam/ Rotterdam and beyond. You will acquire partners, build a robust pipeline, negotiate agreements, and drive quarterly sign-ups and revenue while traveling 30-40%.

Remote-first with flexibility and equity options, the role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions. Light travel within NL required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in B2B sales or business development.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Dutch native or fluent; professional English.
• Willing to travel 30–40% within the Netherlands.
• Based in Amsterdam/ Rotterdam or major Dutch city.

Responsibilities

• Acquire car rental partners across the Netherlands.
• Build a pipeline of prospects including independent agencies and regional chains.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
• Meet quarterly targets for partner sign-ups and revenue.
• Foster strong, long-term partner relationships.
• Monitor the Dutch car rental market and competition.
• Collaborate with internal teams on partner success.
