Ingridiënts Restaurant Bonaire seeks a creative and professional Sous Chef to join the two-kitchen operation (Blennies and Ingridients) on Bonaire. You will work with a colleague Sous Chef and the F&B Manager to oversee daily kitchen outputs and maintain high culinary standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, managerial experience, and fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of Spanish or Papiamento is a plus.

Qualifications

• MBO Culinary diploma (preferably level 4).
• Relevant work experience including demonstrable managerial experience.
• Hands-on, flexible, service-oriented, responsible and stress resistant.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English; Spanish and/or Papiamento an advantage.
• Team player who likes to work in the kitchen.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and monitor high quality of the dishes.
• Co-responsible for planning and organization of the kitchen.
• Devise new dishes and develop presentations.
• Assist with purchasing, stock management and orders.
• Roster planning and personnel matters; HACCP compliance.
