Job summary

Maintec in Eindhoven is seeking a Disassembly & Recycling Operator. You'll be responsible for disassembling technical equipment, sorting waste streams, and ensuring proper material processing. Job description

As a Disassembly & Recycling Operator, your main responsibilities include:

• Disassembling technical instruments and equipment using hand tools
• Sorting different waste streams, including metals, plastics, and wood
• Separating reusable components for the re-use department
• Identifying materials and ensuring correct processing per procedure
• Supporting recycling and recovery processes in the production area
• Keeping your workstation clean, safe, and well‑organized
• Following strict safety and environmental guidelines
• Working closely with colleagues and supervisors in a team environment

You will work in the day shift (Monday to Friday).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in production, technical work, recycling, disassembly, or similar hands‑on roles
• English level B1/B2 required
• Willingness to perform physical and practical work
• Experience using hand tools and basic dismantling equipment
• Ability to identify and sort different materials such as metal, plastic, and wood
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• EPT certificate is preferred
• Motivated and focused on long‑term employment opportunities
• Driving licence cat. B
• EU citizenship is mandatory

Employment conditions

• Gross hourly wage: €14.84/h + 18% shift allowance (if applicable)
