As a Scrap / Reverse Logistics Operator, you will work in the Reverse Logistics department, where you are responsible for separating and processing different waste streams and dismantling instruments into various material categories. Your work contributes directly to sustainable recycling and re-use processes within a high-tech production environment.
You will work in a day shift from Monday to Friday within a structured and organized logistics department. Main Responsibilities:
- Separate and process different waste streams correctly
- Dismantle scrapped instruments using the appropriate tools
- Sort materials into different categories such as metal, wood, and plastic
- Support the Re-use department with logistics and recycling activities
- Use hand tools safely and correctly during dismantling processes
- Follow established work instructions and structured procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace
- Work accurately and consistently according to company standards
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
- Contribute to efficient and sustainable logistics processes
Qualifications:
- English level B1 minimum (mandatory)
- Experience in logistics, production, recycling, or technical dismantling is preferred
- Ability to work in a structured and consistent manner
- Comfortable using tools to dismantle instruments and equipment
- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow procedures and work instructions accurately
- Physically capable of performing manual tasks
- Responsible and motivated mindset
- EPT certificate or experience is preferred
- Driving license is preferred
- European Union citizenship (mandatory)
Benefits and Compensation:
- Gross salary: €14.84 per hour + 18% shift allowance
- Weekly net income: approximately €480 – €500, according to Dutch labor legislation
