As a Cleanroom Assembly Operator, your main responsibility will be assembling and repairing technical components in a controlled environment, ensuring high standards of quality and precision based on technical instructions and defined procedures. You will work in a two‑shift system from Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00.
Responsibilities
- Perform fine technical assembly of components in a cleanroom environment
- Inspect products and ensure high‑quality standards
- Identify and repair damage to packaging and technical componentsReplace parts when necessary, following technical instructions
- Carry out simple administrative tasks related to quality control
- Suggest improvements to production processes and final products
- Work according to strict safety, cleanliness, and environmental standards
- Follow technical procedures and checklists accurately
Qualifications
- Experience in a technical production environment (minimum 1–3 years)
- Experience in assembly work (preferably fine/mechanical assembly)
- Cleanroom experience is an advantage
- Good technical understanding
- Accurate, organized, and detail‑oriented mindset
- English level B2
- Driving license is an advantage
- European Union citizenship (mandatory)

- Gross salary: €15.13 per hour + 18% shift allowance
- Weekly net income: approximately €480 – €500, according to Dutch labor legislation
