Job summary

Maintec in Eindhoven is seeking a Cleanroom Assembly Operator to handle light assembly of high-tech components in a controlled cleanroom environment. You will inspect components, perform repairs, and document inspections and repairs while adhering to strict cleanliness and safety standards.

Two shifts are available (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00). The role requires a minimum of three years in technical production, with good technical understanding and English at B1/B2.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in technical production, assembly, repair or similar environment.
• Good technical understanding and ability to follow detailed work instructions.
• English language skills at B1/B2 level.
• Willing to work in two shifts and wear PPE in a cleanroom.

Responsibilities

• Perform light assembly work according to technical instructions.

As a Cleanroom Assembly Operator in Eindhoven, you will work with high-tech components and specialized packaging in a controlled cleanroom environment. Your work includes quality inspections, technical repairs, parts replacement and light assembly according to detailed instructions and strict cleanliness standards.

• Have at least 3 years of experience in technical production, assembly, repair or a similar environment
• Have good technical understanding and can follow detailed work instructions
• Have English language skills at B1/B2 level
• Are accurate, detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Are comfortable working in a cleanroom and wearing PPE
• Are willing to work in two shifts
• Are reliable, motivated and able to work in a team
• Have a Category B driving licence
• Have EU citizenship

• €18.17 gross per hour including 18% shift allowance (base salary €15.40/hour)
