Job summary

Job description

As an Assembly Operator, your main responsibility will be assembling large industrial packaging using different materials and tools, based on technical drawings and provided measurements. You will work daytime shifts from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial packaging in series production (wood, metal, foam, and other materials)
• Work based on technical drawings and measurements
• Use hand tools and machinery (e.g. saws)
• Ensure product quality and correct assembly
• Support various tasks within the production process
• Keep the workplace clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly or production (preferred)
• Ability to read technical drawings (mandatory)
• Skilled in using hand tools
• Basic knowledge of materials (wood, metal, plastic, etc.)
• Good technical understanding
• English level B1/B2
• Driving license is an advantage
• European Union citizenship (mandatory)

Compensation

• Gross salary: €16.38 per hour
• Weekly net income: approximately €480 – €500, according to Dutch labor legislation
• Full-time contract with long-term opportunities
• Overtime possibilities for additional income
• Weekly payment, including pension accrual from day one
• 25 vacation days per year (20 paid leave days + 5 vacation days paid weekly with salary)
• 8% holiday allowance paid weekly with salary
