Job summary

QuantWare BV is seeking a Director of Systems Integration to lead the engineering organization responsible for deploying our VIO quantum hardware with top-tier global partners. You will own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year integration programs and serve as the executive engineering interface to strategic customers.

The role requires a Master’s/PhD and 10+ years of technical leadership, with deep HPC domain expertise, exceptional cross-functional communication, and a proactive,

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of technical leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Customer facing delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects involving close technology integration.
• Deep domain expertise in HPC systems integration, advanced semiconductor packaging, or supercomputing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead & scale system engineering teams across multiple domains (Systems Engineering, HPC Integration, Ecosystem Management, Advanced Packaging, RF Engineering).
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year quantum hardware integration projects with partners.
• Build and manage relationships with senior engineering leadership at customer and partner organizations.
• Identify and de-risk technical, timeline, and cost mismatches with third-party suppliers and integration partners.
• Establish and scale standardized engagement frameworks, processes for integration projects, training programs, and logistics.
• Partner with Business Development to evaluate technical feasibility, resource allocation, and timelines on strategic proposals.
