Job summary

First Impression Interactive, Inc. seeks a Director of the Project Management Office to lead a team of over 20 project managers and three leads across international retail rollouts, technical implementations, and creative experience projects.

You will drive two core themes—people development and process excellence—while shaping the PMO to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large project teams in a project-driven environment.
• Proven ability to streamline processes and improve project delivery.
• Coaching leader who guides people while maintaining entrepreneurship.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• You provide inspiring and clear leadership to more than 20 project managers and three team leads, and ensure a strong, professional team structure.
• You coach, develop, and challenge people to grow both professionally and personally.
• You will further streamline the core processes and structure within Project Management and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
• You ensure clear processes, responsibilities, and standards, without hindering entrepreneurship and personal initiative.
• You will monitor the quality, predictability, turnaround time, and financial results of our projects.
• You translate strategic organizational objectives into concrete improvements within the organization.
• You will ensure optimal collaboration between project management, planning, and execution, and help build an increasingly strong project delivery organization.
• You’ll work closely with Sales, Solution Design & Integration, and Supply Chain to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• You will take operational excellence to the next level and actively steer the organization toward further international growth.
