Job summary

DEPT® is a Growth Invention company delivering growth services across Brand & Media, Experience, Commerce, CRM, and Technology & Data. As a Senior Project Manager you’ll oversee key client accounts, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality, while shaping how project management operates within the agency.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, mentor PMs, and drive improvements in ways of working, prioritising efficiency and client satisfaction from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within an agency environment (creative, media, or production-led accounts).
• Ability to shape and improve ways of working across teams and implement operational changes.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing scopes, budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management across assigned accounts ensuring on-time delivery and clear priorities.
• Provide strategic input into account ways of working and resource planning.
• Build relationships with Client Services, Creative, Design and Production for smooth handovers.
• Mentor Project Managers and grow the PM function.
• Champion best practice in project management and maintain consistent workflows.
• Identify friction points and drive efficiency improvements.
