Liliane Fonds is seeking a Director of Programs to lead the program strategy for Liliane Foundation and MIVA. You will guide the team, develop partnerships in Africa and Asia, and promote the organization's impact while ensuring efficient processes and budgets.

You will represent the organization externally, strengthen networks, and drive a culture of inclusion and collaboration. A senior management background and the ability to travel are essential.

Qualificações

• At least three years of leadership experience at a senior management level.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; French a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Programs department with about 35 employees, overseeing the teams Program Strategy & Learning and Program Management.
• Represent Liliane Fonds and MIVA externally, leveraging networks and advocating for impact.
• Translate strategy into concrete plans, oversee processes and budgets, and enable teams to work effectively.
• Collaborate on partnerships and donor relations to sustain program activities and growth.
