Job summary

Women Win is seeking a Fund Director to lead the Ending FGM Global Action Fund through its inception, focusing on strategic leadership, fund management, and fundraising efforts. This is a full-time remote position with a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years progressive leadership experience, including 7 in a senior role.
• Proven success in fundraising and donor relationship management.
• Experience in grantmaking and fund management.
