Job summary

You will define the architecture, drive a deployment-first approach, and mentor a world-class team from research through to production-ready models. Expect leadership across cloud training, edge deployment, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes scalable pipelines, latency/memory optimization, and collaboration with researchers, product, and customers to meet real deployment needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ML, AI, CV, robotics, autonomous driving, or spatial AI.
• 5+ years hands-on CV or perception systems involvement.
• Experience turning research into production models.
• Strong skills in latency/memory optimization for deployed models.
• Leadership of engineering or applied research teams.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end perception architecture from cloud to edge.
• Lead deployment-first decisions, latency targets, and memory constraints.
• Transform research into scalable production pipelines (cloud + edge).
• Guide BEV / multi-camera perception focused on road infrastructure.
• Set evaluation standards and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor engineers and grow a high-performing team.
