Job summary

SiTime, the Precision Timing company, is seeking a Director, Circuit Design Engineering to lead our Netherlands team in developing MEMS-based timing products that span high-performance networking and ultra-low power mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will recruit and mentor world-class engineers, drive cross-functional IC design efforts from concept through tape-out, and collaborate with Systems, Test and Applications to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; PhD preferred.
• 10+ years in custom analog IC design with leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering high-volume mixed-signal chips.
• Experience from concept to tape-out: architecture, specs, verification.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, build, and motivate world-class engineering teams.
• Lead cross-functional IC design teams (Analog, Mixed-Signal, Digital, Layout).
• Define products, roadmaps, and schedules with customers, Marketing, and Sales.
• Guide DFT/DFM integration and rapid silicon bring-up.
• Maintain scalable processes and cost-efficient manufacturing considerations.
