Qualifications

• PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent required.
• 10+ years in MEMS or specialty sensor development; 15+ years preferred.
• Proven track record leading MEMS development programs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a world-class team of MEMS engineers and deliver MEMS timing solutions.
• Scale the team and foster a culture of innovation and execution.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap with cross-functional input.
• Drive MEMS technology development, performance, and manufacturability improvements.
• Interface with vendors and partner with engineering, operations, and PM.
