Job summary

SiTime is seeking a Director of Circuit Design Engineering to lead the Netherlands team in developing MEMS-based timing products for high-performance networking and wearable platforms.

The ideal candidate will build world-class engineering teams, drive cross-functional collaboration, and guide products from concept through tape-out to production, while balancing cost, schedule, and performance across domestic and international programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years industry experience in custom Analog IC circuit design.
• Minimum 5 years proven leadership experience.
• Proven track record of designing and producing profitable complex mixed-signal chips.
• Track record from product concept through tape-out to production release.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, build, and motivate world-class engineering teams.
• Lead a cross-functional IC Design team (Analog, Mixed-Signal, Digital, Layout) to develop precision timing solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Systems, Test, and Applications to design chips with DFT/DFM and rapid bring-up.
• Define products, roadmaps, and schedules with customers, Marketing, and Sales.
• Manage engineers to meet customer, schedule, and budget goals.
