Job summary

SiTime Corp. in the Netherlands seeks a Director, Circuit Design Engineering to lead the local team in developing MEMS-based timing products for networking, communications, and mobile wearables.

The role demands strong leadership, technical depth, and strategic execution to align product roadmaps with market needs. The ideal candidate will recruit and mentor engineers, drive a high-performance culture, and collaborate with Systems, Test, and Applications teams to ensure rapid silicon bring-up

Qualifications

• MS Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; PhD preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in custom Analog IC circuit design with profitable, high-volume chips.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Experience from concept through tape-out to production and release.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, build, and motivate engineering teams across analog, mixed-signal, digital, and layout.
• Lead cross-functional IC design to deliver precision timing solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, define roadmaps, and resolve design challenges.
• Collaborate with systems, test, and applications for rapid silicon bring-up.
• Define product decisions including testability, manufacturing, cost, and support.
