Job summary

Teva, a leading biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Director of Budgets and Forecasting to oversee clinical trial budgets across GCO and EPIX. You’ll translate operational plans into financial projections, drive forecast accuracy, and support budgeting governance with cross-functional partners.

You will lead budget development, version control, and variance analyses, delivering executive insights and ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.

Qualifications

• University degree is required.
• Experience supporting clinical development portfolios and/or clinical trial finance (budgets, vendor spend, accruals).
• Proficiency with budgeting/forecasting and reporting tools (planning systems, ERP; advanced Excel).
• Experience driving standardization of financial processes across multiple teams and delivering improvements.
• Proven ability to influence decisions without direct authority and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve budgeting/forecasting processes, templates, and governance.
• Partner with study teams to develop budgets based on protocols and vendor costs.
• Lead forecasting cycles and analyze variances with actionable insights.
• Provide executive-level financial insights to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with global functions, vendors, QA, and study teams on financial planning.
• Drive data quality, reporting dashboards, and continuous process improvements.
