Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Director of Talent & Leadership to act as the growth engine for future capabilities. Reporting to the CHRO, you will lead the talent strategy across markets, shaping AI-led priorities and elevating performance management.

You will guide leadership development and succession, build scalable learning architectures, and partner with Talent Acquisition to set hiring standards. Location: Amsterdam or London.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of strategic HR leadership in international settings.
• Expert knowledge of talent management and performance frameworks.
• Experience designing learning architectures and leadership development programs.
• Ability to drive talent density and execution excellence.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead an enterprise AI-led talent and leadership strategy.
• Own performance management systems for clarity, feedback, and calibration.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of talent professionals and allocate capacity.
• Build robust succession pipelines and enable strategic internal mobility.
• Design scalable learning architectures and upskill initiatives.
• Develop leadership capabilities from first-time managers to C-suite.
• Partner with TA Operations to set hiring excellence standards and AI methodologies.
