Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com seeks a Director Talent & Leadership to drive AI-led talent priorities and elevate performance management across markets. You will report to the CHRO and shape capabilities for growth, with Amsterdam or London as possible locations.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of talent professionals, design scalable learning architectures, and partner with TA to set hiring standards and forward-thinking AI methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in strategic HR or talent leadership across multiple markets.
• Expert knowledge of talent management, performance frameworks and learning architecture.
• Experience shaping succession pipelines and leadership development at scale.
• Ability to integrate AI into talent and learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead enterprise AI-led talent and leadership strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Own the performance management system to drive clarity and calibration.
• Lead multidisciplinary talent teams and allocate capacity to high-impact needs.
• Build robust succession pipelines and enable strategic internal mobility.
• Design scalable learning architectures and leadership development programs.
