A leading semiconductor company is looking for a Systems Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for the validation and development of MEMS-based timing products. The role includes project planning, characterizing mixed-signal circuits, and interfacing with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have a Master's or PhD in Engineering and extensive experience in product development and team leadership. This position is based in Delft, Netherlands.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience developing mixed-signal, MEMS, and/or sensor devices.
2+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
Exceptional candidates with other backgrounds will be considered.
Responsibilities
Grow and develop a team of engineers responsible for validation and characterization.
Develop hardware/software/firmware for automated characterization.
Manage projects across different sites and interface with cross-functional teams.
Create and execute plans for verification and characterization.
Develop experiments for new technologies and system architectures.
Skills
Programming skills (including MATLAB scripting)
Understanding of mixed-signal circuits
Experience with circuit characterization
Hands-on familiarity with electronics laboratory instruments
Strong written and oral communication skills
Education
MS or PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
