Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in related field.
• 8-10 years of procurement experience, preferably indirect spend.
• Experience managing complex portfolios and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of energy markets and commodity risk management.
• Proven strategic partner to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategies across ~€450M of indirect spend in Continental Europe and Great Britain.
• Develop and execute cost-focused procurement strategies for sustainable savings.
• Drive energy commodity risk management and market analysis.
• Act as trusted partner to senior leaders translating business needs into procurement strategies.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to maximize value and performance.
• Lead supplier performance monitoring and allocation decisions.
• Collaborate with global category leaders to implement best practices.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies and ethics.
• Develop talent and coach teams across geographies.
