Job summary

McCain Foods is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Analytics Lead to drive operational excellence, data analytics, and process transformation across Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives in EMENA & GBI. You will design end-to-end TA processes, governance, and analytics while partnering with global HR teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in TA/HR analytics or related fields, with expertise in data visualization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-7 years in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Analytics, or similar.
• Experience in global/regional HR or TA environment.
• Advanced Excel / Power BI / reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes across EMENA & GBI.
• Own TA operating models, SOPs, and frameworks for scalable hiring.
• Drive automation across recruitment and hiring workflows.
• Partner with HR, TA, and CoEs globally to implement data-driven TA methods.
• Develop dashboards and insights for leadership reviews.
• Ensure TA data integrity across systems and reporting tools.
