Job summary

McCain Foods is seeking a SCA SRM & Strategy Deployment Lead EMENA and GB&I to drive Sustainable Cost Advantage, SRM, and the 2030 Strategy across regions. You will align finance, operations, and leadership teams, oversee governance, and ensure successful delivery of strategic priorities.

This role connects regional and global stakeholders to optimize cost and revenue outcomes. You will manage cross-functional programs, report progress, escalate risks, and promote best practices across PMO teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project management, consulting, business transformation, strategy deployment, or related discipline.
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools and reporting systems.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a strong asset.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and governance of SCA and SRM initiatives across the EMENA & GB&I region.
• Monitor program performance, track delivery against targets, identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate project reviews and facilitate escalation processes as needed.
• Build and foster a strong SCA/SRM community and share best practices.
• Drive communication and engagement to increase awareness and ownership of programs.
• Serve as regional subject matter expert for SCA/SRM PM tools and methodologies.
• Partner with Global PMO teams to ensure accurate reporting and adoption of best practices.
• Support deployment and execution of the CE 2030 Strategy roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.
