Anduril Industries is seeking a Director, Global Supply Chain Integration to drive Europe-facing growth and build a regional supplier network. You’ll bridge growth, strategic sourcing, and risk management to shape deals and enable rapid scale in a complex regulatory landscape.

You will identify and qualify European suppliers, lead end-to-end onboarding, manage multi-tier risks, and mentor cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and manufacturing partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain/Engineering/Business).
• 15+ years’ progressive strategic sourcing or procurement experience, preferably defense/advanced tech.

Responsabilités

• Drive European expansion by supporting growth and corporate development with industry leaders in UK/Europe.
• Shape pre-contract strategy with scope definition, proposals, and term sheets in international captures.
• Provide supply chain risk input in go/no-go decisions and monitor regulatory developments.
