Job summary

CIBTvisas, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Director to lead new business within the Netherlands and Nordics. You will own the entire sales cycle, build strategic account plans, and coordinate with immigration experts to deliver tailored proposals.

The role relies on consultative selling, strong pipeline discipline, and collaboration with Marketing to drive growth. Ideal candidates demonstrate extensive B2B mobility or travel services experience, a proven record of large deals, and mastery

Qualifications

• Extensive B2B new business sales experience in global mobility, travel, or related services.
• Proven track record of winning new customers with large deal sizes (≥ $500K).
• Experience leading consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close within Netherlands and Nordics.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline targeting aligned customer profiles.
• Develop territory and account plans prioritising high-potential prospects.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other sales members to generate pipeline.
• Lead discussions on immigration risk, compliance, and cost with clients.
• Tailor proposals to workforce mobility challenges; coordinate with experts.
• Engage with HR, Legal, Procurement, and Global Mobility buying committees.
