Job summary

MSD Animal Health Nederland is seeking an experienced bioprocess leader to drive technology development and strengthen product supply across Boxmeer, De Bilt, and Cologne. You will lead a ~25-strong BTS team, oversee site transfers, and align with global BTS strategy to enable robust manufacturing and innovative science.

You will manage complex projects across discovery to scale-up, ensure compliance with GMP/EHS, and collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and QA to safeguard supply and enable

Qualifications

• Lead BTS team and site activities across Boxmeer, De Bilt, and Cologne.
• Drive process improvements for the vaccine portfolio.
• Coordinate with R&D, Manufacturing, and other functions.
• Ensure regulatory, GMP, and EHS compliance.
• Manage technology transfers and site-to-site implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BTS team and oversee cross-site activities across Boxmeer, De Bilt, and Cologne.
• Direct process improvement for the vaccine portfolio and transfer projects.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and GSC.
