Job summary

Sunweb Group is hiring a Digital Holiday Guide to be the first point of contact for travelers, both online and on destination. You’ll help guests feel supported, inspired, and cared for, using Dutch, French and English to tailor responses and recommendations.

The role is full-time with a hybrid office arrangement in the Netherlands, starting Oct/Nov 2026. You’ll handle inquiries via phone, chat, email, and messaging apps, propose excursions, and coordinate with the Holiday Services team to

Join Our Team as a Digital Holiday Guide

Our mission is to create unforgettable holiday experiences for our guests; whether through in-person support at destinations or digitally via our online channels. As a Digital Holiday Guide, you’ll be the first point of contact for our travelers, ensuring they feel supported, inspired, and cared for throughout their journey.

Digital Holiday Guide (Dutch + English + French speaking)

Start: Oct/Nov 2026

Sunweb Group office (Hybrid)
Full-time, Annual contract

Working hours: Monday–Sunday, 08:00–20:00 (shifts)

Within our team Holiday Services we are responsible for the service on destination, and that is either offline with our guides on destination or online with Digital Guides. We are currently seeking experienced guides who are skilled in handling client requests, addressing complaints, and providing effective solutions. This role is part of our initiative to enhance our digital presence and establish closer relationships with our clients in the destination.

Your impact

As part of our Destination Services team, you’ll contribute directly to the guest experience at Sunweb Group. Our guides ensure that every traveler feels supported during their holiday, whether online or offline.

As a Digital Guide, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for travelers via phone, chat, email, and messaging apps.
• Solve problems quickly and professionally, ensuring guests feel cared for.
• Recommend excursions and activities to make holidays unforgettable.
• Use digital tools to provide smooth, efficient support.
• Inspire travelers with tailored options to optimize their experience.

• Fluent communication in Dutch + French +English (extra languages are a plus).
• Tech confidence: Comfortable with apps like WhatsApp, GPS, and digital platforms.
• Problem-solving mindset: Calm under pressure and quick to find solutions.
• Flexibility: Ready for shift work and proactive in anticipating guest needs.

• Organizational skills: You keep track of reservations, itineraries, and details like a pro.
• Destination knowledge: From ski slopes to sunny beaches, you know what makes a destination special and can turn that knowledge into personalized recommendations.
