Job summary

Multilingual Jobs Worldwide is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative in Amsterdam to support travel agencies with bookings, flights, baggage, upgrades and loyalty programs. In an international team, you will handle inquiries in Dutch and English, work with reservation and CRM systems, and participate in a full 8-week training on-site in Amsterdam before transitioning to hybrid work.

Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative | Travel Industry | Amsterdam

Are you based in the Netherlands and looking to build your career in customer service within the international travel industry?

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Amsterdam.

Location: Amsterdam

Salary: €2,675.46 gross/month based on 40 hours

Hours: 32-40 hours per week

Hybrid: 3 days in the office + 2 days from home after training

Start date: 2 November

Travel support: Full public transport reimbursement or €0.19/km up to 50 km one-way

Please note: This opportunity is intended for candidates already living within commuting distance of Amsterdam. No relocation package is offered.
