Job summary

Loop is seeking a Head of Digital Commerce to own the DTC website experience, including Shopify, across Amsterdam or Antwerp. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to optimize conversion, brand storytelling, and customer journeys while scaling commercial impact.

The role requires senior leadership, strategic roadmapping, and strong collaboration with Brand, Performance, Data, and Tech. The position is hybrid, with a focus on building Loop’s digital flagship and enabling growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with experience guiding a high-performing ecommerce or Shopify function.
• Experience owning a DTC website, product, and CRO initiatives at scale.
• Proven ability to set roadmaps, align teams, and drive commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Own Loop’s Shopify website experience end-to-end and drive KPIs.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team across content, project management, product ownership, and CRO.
• Set roadmap, operating rhythm, and priorities for a powerful, reliable site.
• Partner with Performance, Data & Insights, UI/UX, and Tech to turn insight into action.
• Enable new products, campaigns, and markets via a scalable website experience.
• Manage Shopify tooling and agency budget with clear prioritisation and judgement.
