Job summary

Hidden Hills, a Dutch contemporary clothing brand, is seeking a Head of Growth to own the online marketing strategy from A to Z. You will manage external agencies, shape budgets and decide which channels to unlock next, ensuring growth while preserving the brand's hype and community.

You will work closely with the founder in a small, fast-moving team, being hands-on and strategic, scaling new channels like TikTok Shop and affiliate programmes, and staying ahead with AI-powered tactics.

Qualifications

Hands-on growth experience at a D2C e-commerce brand.
Experience growing a brand through hype, community and scarcity, not ad volume.
Familiar with Trybe, affiliate and creator armies, TikTok Shop, and AI applications.
Experience managing agencies and budgets and giving feedback to partners.
Comfortable working closely with a founder in a small team.
Fluent in English; nationality not important.

Responsibilities

Run the agency roster and manage external partners across web, email, performance and influencer marketing.
Collaborate with the influencer manager to shape creator partnerships.
Own the full marketing budget and allocate spend effectively.
Open and scale new channels such as WhatsApp marketing, TikTok Shop, and affiliate programmes.
Manage community engagement with top customers and maintain hype.
Introduce new tools and AI tactics to stay ahead.
Act as the sparring partner on growth strategy, drops, and brand direction.
