Job summary

GoodKarma, an Amsterdam-based ecommerce agency, seeks an Ecommerce Manager to support Shopify-focused strategies for world-class lifestyle brands. You will manage Shopify tasks, optimise stores and prepare data for CRO programs, collaborating with a cross-functional team.

You bring 2–3+ years in ecommerce coordination, strong GA4 skills, and familiarity with Klaviyo, Gorgias, and Yotpo. Hybrid work, Amsterdam office 2–3 days/week, growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in ecommerce coordination or management.
• Hands-on Shopify experience; knowledge of Klaviyo, Gorgias and Yotpo is a plus.
• Strong web analytics skills with GA4 and Shopify insights.
• Team player with willingness to learn from specialists across departments.
• Excellent organisation and ability to juggle multiple clients/projects.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a desire to grow.
• English communication is essential; Dutch fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dive into data and identify trends with GA4 to guide CRO and optimization.
• Handle daily Shopify tasks: products, images, collections and content updates.
• Create clear, concise monthly performance reports for clients.
• Collaborate with design and development to implement tests and site updates.
• Coordinate onsite campaigns with performance marketing and email teams.
