Job summary

The Hague University of Applied Sciences is seeking a Designer and researcher in the Designing Value Networks group. You will strengthen links between the Research group, Centre of Expertise and study programmes, while engaging with stakeholders locally and beyond.

You will work on co-creative processes, build value networks, organize events for dialogue, conduct multidisciplinary research and contribute to publications and grant applications.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as design, transition management, entrepreneurship, business, economics, or related discipline.
• Experience in implementing research plans.
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Proficiency in creating engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Experience in education within higher education context.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design and implement co-creative processes and projects promoting societal transitions.
• Build networks with the Centre of Expertise Global and Inclusive Learning.
• Organize events for dialogue and impact generation with stakeholders and researchers.
• Conduct multidisciplinary research and contribute to the research agenda.
• Contribute to grant applications and publications.
